Our Process
I like to set up a phone interview to get to know you and discuss what you’re looking for in a puppy. I cannot guarantee color or size, but I’ll do my best to help you get what you’re looking for.
If we decide you’re a good fit for our puppies, then you will need to send us a $200 deposit and a signed copy of our Contract & Warranty which you can download here.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you change your mind and don’t get a puppy from us at all, you will lose your deposit. However, the $200 deposit does apply to your total puppy price.
Our Pricing
Our 2024 price is $3850 Limited AKC which is for pet only.
Price may vary per puppy and litter and are subject to change.
We reserve the right to hold back a puppy from any litter for our breeding program before our waiting list chooses. Thank you all for understanding!
We also reserve the right to refuse a sale if it’s not in the best interest of our puppy. We love our puppies and have plenty of great homes waiting for them so we are particular where they go!
How To Get On The Waitlist
Our waiting list is by deposit only and puts you in line to be called when our puppies arrive.

When puppies are born...
When puppies are born, we will call our waiting list in order of the date your deposit was received.
At that time, if you confirm that you want a puppy from the available litter, then ½ of your balance will be due within 7 days. If for some reason you need to wait for the next litter, we can discuss options.
If there is a choice to be made between two or more puppies in a litter, you will need to make your pick when the puppies are 3-4 weeks old.
If you change your mind and decide not to get a puppy at all, you will forfeit your deposit and any payments you have made, and you will be removed from our waiting list.
Our waiting list is for serious puppy buyers only.
Getting your puppy...
Your final payment is due 2 weeks before you get your puppy. However, if we meet in person you can pay the balance in cash to me at that time.
We charge a $75 trip fee to either bring your puppy to Dallas or meet you within a 2 hour radius of Tyler, Texas.
If you need your puppy delivered, we use a pet nanny rather than shipping in a crate. Our pet nannies charge $650-700 and will meet you at the international airport nearest you. You will need to give the pet nanny cash in an envelope at the airport when she or he hands you your puppy. Our pet nannies take great care of our babies.
You are welcome to personally fly and meet me at the Dallas airport instead of using our pet nanny.
If you live near Texas, I am willing to drive up to 2 hours to meet you. We can discuss this option over the phone.
Of course, you are always welcome to drive to our home if you prefer to pick up your puppy here.
Most of our puppies are ready to go home between 10-11 weeks old. By this time, they will have had their first round of shots from our vet and will be completely weaned onto solid food.
About a month before your puppy goes home, you will receive an email from us telling you how to order your puppy’s food.
When you pick up your puppy, you will get a copy of the contract with both our signatures for your records. (It will also be your receipt to show that your puppy is paid in full.)
You will also get a month supply (30 tablets) of NuVet Plus FREE! Since you will cut these tablets in ¼ pieces to start your puppy out on, it is really much more than a month’s supply!

Let me start with I spent months and months searching for the perfect breeder after my last Shih Tzu passed away.
