Because it’s a smaller company, I was able to speak on the phone with the product developer and ask her my questions directly. Then, later, my husband and I attended the pawTree Convention and were invited to have lunch with the CEO, Roger Morgan. We were really impressed with his love for pets and people and his commitment to quality without compromise.
